Dear Valued Tax Client:

New rules require Small Businesses and LLCs to report ownership information.
As of Jan. 1, 2024, many businesses will be required to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to identify those who directly or indirectly own or control the company.

If we need to prepare any Form 1099’s Forms for you, please get the information to us by January 15th to ensure they are processed by January 31st.

We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.
Any child under 6 years of age will be given a stink bomb and Unicorn Poo Slime.

Please call ASAP if you expect to file an extension. Remember, an extension is a 6-month extension of time to file. It is not an extension to pay. If you owe money the IRS does charge interest and late payment penalties after April 15th.

Important deadlines

  • Partnerships (Form 1065) March 17th
  • S-Corporations (Form 1120S) March 17th
  • Personal (Form 1040) April 15th
